KEITH DEVINCENTIS (FBI RET.) Vice President, Technical Assistance & Training

Mr. DeVincentis is a results-driven senior executive with extensive experience overseeing federal law enforcement operations, managing complex national and international investigations, and administering multi-million dollar budgets. Mr. DeVincentis law enforcement expertise includes: developing and implementing well-focused, effective investigative initiatives to detect and resolve white-collar crimes; developing national and international partnerships, managing crises, and building teams; and planning and managing program tasking through significant organizational change.

Mr. DeVincentis joined CRA as a senior associate responsible for the development of the Prevention Strategy for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). In August 2005, Mr. DeVincentis was promoted to Vice President of CRA’s Prevention and Deterrence Division.

Prior to working with CRA, Mr. DeVincentis completed a distinguished 30 year career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). At the FBI, he held the positions of Special Agent in Charge in Albany, NY; Section Chief for the Laboratory Division at the FBI Headquarters; Assistant Special Agent in Charge in Denver, CO; Supervisory Special Agent in San Diego, CA; Supervisory Special Agent for the White Collar Crime Section at the FBI Headquarters; Special Agent for the Office of Independent Counsel, Iran/Contra Independent Counsel; and Special Agent in the Washington, DC Field Office.

Mr. DeVincentis earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Kutztown University in Kutztown, Pennsylvania in 1973.
