CRA QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN

CRA, Inc. (CRA) has established and tested a companywide quality assurance program (QAP) that documents, implements, maintains, and improves our internal project management processes. Our quality assurance program ensures that high-quality products and services are delivered on time and within budget.

For each individual contract or project, CRA adapts our QAP to specific tasks, utilizing a work breakdown structure (WBS) to continually document performance, and assure our clients that products and services are developed in a well-defined and controlled environment. The cornerstones of our QAPs are:
