CRA, Inc. is a prime contract holder for the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Multiple Award Contract (SeaPort Enhanced) within the NAVSEA MAC program. The NAVSEA MACs provide support for Navy systems that range from weapons systems to fleet readiness and homeland security to logistics. CRA, Inc. leads in providing Anti-Terrorism Force Protection Training and Exercises and support for homeland security.

CRA, Inc. is the  foremost contractor to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Office of Grants and Training (USDHS/G&T). CRA supports exercise planning, implementation, and terrorism threat mitigation. CRA's Health Preparedness Group supports the planning, design and implementation of large, multiagency pandemic exercises for the U.S. military, federal agencies, and State and local governments. CRA has been chosen as one of the five prime contractors for the National Exercise Program repeatedly since the Program's inception.
