Below is a comprehensive list of our current benefits:

Medical Coverage – CRA provides insurance coverage to all full-time employees, including mandated benefits (social security, worker's compensation, and unemployment insurance). CRA pays 100% of its employee’s medical premiums as well as eligible family members, under the HMO coverage plan and 75% of premiums under the PPO plan. The current medical provider is Blue Preferred CareFirst. Coverage begins on the first day of the month, after the hire date.

Dental Coverage – CRA pays 75% of its employee’s dental premiums as well as eligible family members. The current dental provider is Delta Dental Insurance. Coverage begins on the first day of hire.

401 K Plan – CRA offers a 401(k) supplemental retirement plan for eligible employees. After 3 months of employment, employees become eligible to participate. CRA will match the employees' yearly contributions dollar-for-dollar up to three percent of their salary at the end of the year.

Short-Term/Long-Term Disability – CRA pays 100% of its employee’s premium under Unum Insurance.

Life Insurance – CRA offers a life insurance program that provides an accidental death benefit to employee’s beneficiary, equal to one times the annual salary, with a maximum of $100,000. Additional life insurance may be purchased by employee.

Personal Leave – Personal leave begins accruing on the date of employment with the number of hours determined by length of service.

Holidays – CRA recognizes 10 federal holidays. All regular full-time employees will be given the day off with pay.

Professional Development – CRA encourages the ongoing training, certification, and continuing education of its employees and supports these work-related endeavors through paid professional memberships, certification courses, and professional seminars.

Tuition Assistance – CRA employees who are pursuing degrees from accredited programs are eligible to receive assistance every calendar year in their pursuit of a relevant degree.
